Ottawa, ON (April 9, 2025) – The Ottawa Charge announced the activation of Kateřina Mrázová from long-term injured reserve (LTIR). The Czech forward is currently representing her country on home ice at the 2025 IIHF Women’s World Championship and recorded an assist in today’s opening game, a 3-0 victory over Switzerland.
Mrázová was placed on LTIR following an upper-body injury sustained on Feb. 13 against Minnesota. The 32-year-old centre has appeared in 11 games this season, recording two goals, four assists and six points. She has missed the Charge’s last 11 games with the injury.
A corresponding roster move will be announced at a later date.
