Ottawa pushes Boston to the brink with a 2–1 victory in Game 3. A shot off the back wall ricocheted toward the crease and off Aerin Frankel to give the Charge the lead with under 30 seconds to go in the game. The Fleet will look to bounce back on Sunday.

Three goals in just 1:33 during the second period were not enough for the Fleet, as they were eliminated from the playoffs after falling to the Charge in Game 4 of the series.
